Not sure if the USA mogs anymore tbh they've lost a lot of wars in the Middle East and they haven't won a major battle since World War 2. If/when they go up against a major country like Russia or China the outcome will probably be very surprising to them.

Sort of an outdated notion that other country's militaries have less experience and available efficient firepower. Just like the notion that the USA is a sole world power that can unquestioningly travel through any territory (South China Sea being an example)
It doesn't have to be because of increased cuckedness tbh just more China focusing on building up their military and making their soldiers really equipped to fight in battle so that they then mog USA soldiers on several fronts. How exactly that will happen remains to be seen tbh
China's Air Force and Navy are significantly outdated and technologically far behind western states, USAF and Navy just propel China threat to get more funding from the congress, they're far ahead of China by the sheer amount of R&D, technology and scale of manufacturing and funding they've.

Ig that's good for the US then but there's always talk of China surpassing the US militarily at some point. In any case even countries with less advanced militaries still have nukes they can attack the US with.
If anything, China can use its big tech and corporate Wall Street buisness partners to subvert the political leadership instead of going on for a direct military confrontation, plus China is rich now because of US and Euro investments and being their manufacturing hub for lower and middle end technological threshold manufacturing.

It's hard to tell whether it's them self censoring because they are scared or because they see China as a model for how they want to govern and so want to appease them. Or because they think doing that will piss off their eternal enemy of white conservative males (look at reddit and how obsessed they are with hating on low status ugly white conservative males there).
US politicians moved a lot of industry and financing to China and helped offshore a lot of jobs with trade agreements that benefited the Chinese economy so probably some of that too. Those "overlords" probably view China as the next superpower to move their operations to.
I don't think the service based white collar jobs are going anywhere and middle America is already deindustrialized cos of outsourcing of manufacturing to China and has lost its ability to affect political decisions, so most probably its a group of corporates who're both invested and are getting investments from Chinese corps that can effectively both compromise the political class on taking any meaningful step against China while on the other hand propping it up as a military giant to keep receiving their funds for Military Industries.
