His maxilla and forehead seem further forwards in comparison to the rest of his face. His underbite and bug eyes have vanished.

Actually, now that I look at it again, I see a new problem - his jaw is now behind the rest of his face, possibly resulting in an overbite. I don't know if surgery can fix that but it looks like a problem.
