Anyone tried this? Bought a bunch of gum I will try chewing it all day. Im so desperate don't know how else to cope so i will try this

No need to chew gum. Just eat raw vegetables and chew and chew and chew.... also I can testify that chewing WORKS for your masseter (which is a muscle that is under your cheeks). So it gives the impression of better jaw.

Be careful to chew hard many hours though, you could get jaw problems. Just chew, use your muscles and it will have an effect I can guarentee it.

One of my sister's ex bf had a SHIT jaw because he didn't chew at all, his lower third was roundish.

I think i'll just chew the whole day and see how it goes, at this point i don't even care i don't have much of a choice

if you have a lot of fat underneath your jaw then it can help you lose it but otherwise if you think you don't have good bones underneath there's literally no point since you will always look bloated regardless because you will always have that shit rounded jaw with that lose fat underneath which looks even bloated from underneath.
i can attest to this because i mewed and chewed autisticly for an entire year and noticed no changes with my jaw because of my lack of jaw protrusion. and i still have the same amount of submental jaw fat btw

Nigger, I didn't chew for hours and I got stronger muscles (which I lost because I lost the habit). If you are desperate to ascend, go to looksmax and read guides to looksmax, here you won't find much info.
These things take time, you are training muscles, you will not get bigger muscles by training 10 hours a day, will you? it's the same with the jaw muscle...

Yeah i know im a gymcel, i guess you're right. About the chewing motion how wide did you move your teeth apart when chewing i feel my jaw more when i do shorter quicker reps

chew on sugar free gum for short periods to lessen your chances of tooth decay but you're not gonna get bigger jaws by chewing for a long time. You're just gonna fuck the joints between your lower jaw and upper jaw. Focus on losing bodyfat % and that's probably the best you'll get your jaws to look naturally. If you've got a good beard you can beardfraud to make it look better. Just got to deal with the cards you're dealt with unfortunately
 
I use one of those rubber jaw trainers and it works a little

tbh i left it out to grow in hopes of beardmaxxing to hide my jaw but it honestly sucks to be a curry and not have good facial hair genes, literally the only good trait of being a curry/sandnigger.

Just enough so food could get chewed. You don't need very specific motion just put food between teeth and chew :dafuckfeels:
Idk if you like raw carrot but it's an excellent chewing vegetable.
 
I wonder if this is why one side of my face isn't symmetrical. In 9th grade I brought gum to school everyday and chewed it( So people would talk to me and ask for gum. Pathetic I know.)

Hard to tell based on just that. The way he postured his head can have a massive effect on how it looks. It would be more accurate if there was a side profile that went up to his brow ridge at least, so that the G-Sn-Pog angle can be properly measured to check for forward growth
