It usually slightly raises if anything since it just stops test from being converted into dht which is critical for puberty but after doesn't do much but cause you hair to fall out.

I think he meant to say it tends to lower your overall androgen to estrogen ratio cuz ur inhibiting 5ar , so while yea youll have more t , more of that t will get aromatized into estrogen without dht . Dht acts sorta like a serm in the body lol theyre antagonistic to one another
