Ghost Knight. Wight Knight. Ghastly Knight.

They were ritualistically sacrificed so that they could fight ghosts and the undead. They're half living, and half dead. His body has rotted and is no more than a skeleton. He's immortal. He is unable to join back into humanity due to his ghastly appearance.

It's a he. He was ritualistically sacrificed. He's more so cursed than completely dead. He's unable to pass on as a spirit. Thanks for the compliments man. I was wondering if you wanted to work on a project with me that's spooky/Halloween themed.

I'm not sure. Just making a world at this point with interesting characters and lore. You're fairly good at character designs.

If you need inspiration for world building, look up history, modern geopolitics, mythology and religion on YouTube.
Plenty of it is fascinating shit.

For example, there's an Islamic holy relic called the black stone.
It was originally white, but it became black after absorbing the sins of humanity.
Real fucking metal right there, and I like the concept of sin itself being an actual force that can taint and corrupt things and people
