It's amazing to be "aware" of racism and demasculinization, but its terrible to "dwell" in this zone because ultimately you are wasting your finite chakra/ mana/ reiatsu on something you not only can't change but will weaken your soul.

I seriously recommend everyone to read the book Pyscho Cybernetics. Or even just read a 5 minute summary online. It explains how to wire your mind for success and how your thoughts literally become who you are.

I have read a lot of cuckit bluepill but this is something else
