People will try to get the promotion and reputation boost any way they can. To achieve this, they will also try to slander your name, and sabotage your work. Happens pretty often. that is why I am a big fan of small teams. But well, women need their useless office jobs to 'empower' themselves

After several years of being a formidable and absolutely honest employee the leadership would not even side with me in the past conflicts, despite me proving 100% my innocence and also that I have done my job professionally and religiously.
Yet for some, odd reason, the boss and manager kept their mouths shut and would not even question the real perp.
I have then and there understood that they all want me out and simply don't give a damn.
Little do they know just how much they will soon regret it all.
