I think it's a false belief that the more poindexter incels are smarter than chads. I think chads would actually be smarter because for the most part, humanity works better without anxiety. And since we're a vanity centric species, good looks = self satisfaction. And self satisfaction = thinking happy/ positivitely. However, I do believe those motivated by insecurity push themselves past the thinky happy softly arrogant individuals, but most nerds are soft and normie in their demeanor and they'd never commit to hate + beta resentment. Just in the common offhand, those who are satisfied will engage intellectual endeavor. And nerds who are thrown into anxiety/ (maybe genetics come in packages and maybe they will indeed be inferior proportional to their appearance) will have so many obstacles before them physically and mentally that they won't apply themselves properly. Maybe Chads are overall the more intelligent in proportion to the way they look, but they don't apply themselves as much as resentful betas or normie nerds who play everquest because they're too busy getting laid.

when an incel does care about being an incel and socially shunned, the subsequent depression is likely to deeply hamper his academic performance. It is really hard to stay motivated when you finally realise that society doesn't give a shit about you due to your substandard appearance unless you are using your intelligence for a more nebulous purpose. It's also hard to find a reason as to why you feel you should study, workcel and thus contribute to s cowry that shuns you. Obviously money is a massive motivator but then you realise that your looks are going to hinder you in getting a promotion.
