Serious Chad with a small penis

What do we make of these guys? Obviously foids would see his small penis as "cute", but how small does it have to be before it's no longer cute?

And is this a dead giveaway as to why the occasional Chad might be unusually less social than the rest? Because other than a small penis, I have no explanation for what might cause a Chad to be high inhib.
