Ok so she claims that she understands he’s probably mentally ill, did she account for the fact he probably doesn’t fully understand he’s doing something wrong? Did she make an honest attempt to tell him to leave her alone or at least not be a bitch? Then after all of this complaining about a mentally ill guy who’s most likely unaware he’s doing something wrong she decides to make some grand point about how women are there to work and don’t owwwweeee menn anything.
If you take your work so seriously how about you grow up, realize he has a problem and tell him you don’t like him or are uncomfortable.
