I've been thinking about it for a while now (and the topic itself is definitely not new - this one is probably very similar), but I recently ran into a mgtow / redpiller while hiking and his story kind of solidified my point of view even more.
In essence, it looks like the society in general is becoming more and more "transactional", and it pretty much touches ALL aspects of our daily lives:
Instant gratification concept + destroyed value of social ties + favorable "market" conditions = foids choosing the best option they have in the market which is a temporary Chad. She knows upfront it's just transient, why would she care if he stays or not - SHE won't stay.
I think blaming foids entirely is not productive - they are just a product of what society taught them to do. Blame parents who threw their kids out at the age of 18, blame kids who sent their parents to elderly care facilities to get rid of them, blame foids who dumped their kids in a basket at a local church, blame men who walked away from their kids and so on.
Until the value of social ties is restored (if that ever happens, which I highly doubt!), I don't see anything changing as going after chad is the most logical decision for them. If you have a budget of $200 and need to rent a car only for a day, and Toyota Yaris costs the same as BMW 750, you WILL go for a beamer, don't lie to yourself that you won't. They will do the same as well.
P.S. The guy I talked to (late 30s, mid-tier normie, seems to be studymaxxed and somewhat moneymaxxed) just told me that his foid of several years cucked him and threatened to accuse of rape/abuse when he decided to leave her. As he figured out later, she actually put her former husband in jail with some bs accusations. Several years later he is essentially a volcel and does not even make any attempts to get into any kind of relationships with toilets in fears of something like that happening again. End of story.
This is pretty much how the world outside looks like. There's no escape from the society. The lack of interaction with foids may well be a blessing in disguise given how destructive such interaction may be. Just imagine for a second working your ass off for 10 years to studymaxx and moneymaxx, buying a house with a 30-year mortage attached to it, then finding some used-up roastie (fuck, even gigastacey, doesn't really matter) who is so lovely and charming during the demo-mode, knocking her up... and then getting railroaded legally, emotionally and financially, because SHE DOES NOT GIVE A FLYING FUCK about you! She does not know how to love, how to keep a relationship alive, how to take care of another human being. Her transactional behavior will very soon offer her something better. Even if you are a Chad, she will find a rich guy. If you are rich, she will find an athletic one. If you are athletic, she will find the one from a better location... and that process is pretty much endless as she does not give a fuck about anyone.

- Planning horizons are getting shorter for almost EVERYTHING. Nobody thinks or plans where they want to be in 10 or 20 years from now, it's here and now or fuck off. This is very much visible in the job market - nobody holds their positions for decades like people in 1970s or even 1990s did, almost nobody looks at long-term benefits giving priority to money here and now.
- This is reflected in how things are built - long gone are the times of appliances working for 20-30 years or cars being passed from dad to his kids 20 years later - modern stuff is manufactured to last for mere years, not only because manufacturers are greedy, but because they reflect what consumers want, and consumers will lose interest in old stuff very quickly!
- Instant gratification shit is unbelievable - it touches everything from the way social media works to adverting, as well as many social interactions - unless a gratification can be had quickly, nobody's interested.
- Everything becomes disposable. Not only disposable gloves, diapers and condoms, but, most importantly, disposable relationships and disposable people. Once you have been used for a certain purpose (business, personal, romantic etc.), you're pretty much disposed of. Transactional nature of life at its best.
