The whore wants to shit out another kid but the guy she's currently with does not want to have another child. She poked holes into condoms to hopefully get pregant from the guy.

Additional stuff I read into this:
Rather than just doing the giga low iq move of fucking with a Chad unprotected to get pregant that way she actually uses the two working braincells she still has by fucking with the condoms since DNA testing is a thing and may expose her.
