About me
I grew up in a small town in central Massachusetts where I fell in love with building things on the internet. Over my career, I’ve worked as a designer, developer, product manager, executive and founder.In 2010, I joined thoughtbot in Boston, where I worked with an amazing group of co-workers helping early stage startups.
In 2013, I moved to Stockholm to join Klarna as the company’s first Director of Product Design. My team worked on Klarna Checkout during an expansion into the US, UK and Germany.
In 2015, I left Klarna to work with early stage startups, including an attempt to build a neo-bank with former Klarna colleagues.
In 2022, I joined Nexi Group, Europe’s largest merchant acquirer, to lead a new innovation group building core payments technology.
In 2025, I started building Chadwin, a superintelligent stock analyst.
I’m an avid reader, with wide-ranging interests in technology, philosophy, history, and science. I live in Stockholm, Sweden.

An attempt to launch an app in 24 hours
A friend and I challenged ourselves to build and launch an app in 24 hours. We started on Sunday morning, posted to Hacker News that night and made our first sale before the day was done. - Instalover
Instant blind dating via SMS
Built over a weekend with three co-workers for the 2010 Rails Rumble competition. The app enabled users to request a blind date via SMS. We won the award for best use of real-time communication.
