I'm not sure how's in USA, but I know for certain that's how's like in the balkans. My sister worked as cashier for years. Every minus is spread evenly on the workers paychecks. They don't care who's fault it was. Doesn't matters if it's filmed as police doesn't bother with smaller thefts.
