Every time I go to bed I try to imagine someone there with me. When doing so I take hours to fall asleep, some nights I can't sleep at all.
Also whenever I try to imagine this I keep subconsciously telling myself that it isn't real and that it never will be. sometimes this causes me to cry myself to sleep.
This is now making me depressed to go to bed because I know what awaits me.
Any Ideas as to how I can trick myself to make it seem real? or is it truly over
