A post I've just read on inceltears:

This sounds like fairytale bullshitting to me. In the vast majority of cases, if you feel someone is distant or grumpy with you, that simply means he doesn't like you very much, at least he doesn't like you sufficiently to make you a priority. That doesn't mean he necessarily dislikes you, or that you will stay forever a low priority to him - but let's cut out the bs here. People dislike other people. People like other people. Both happen all the time.

A better coping strategy to me is accepting that some people won't like you, no matter what you do, for factors that are often irrational and out of the control of both.

I am very optimistic towards the aroma therapy my waifu will give me with her body.

Blush Sultry

I've been in therapy for years. It doesnt really help. Very minor help.

I mostly do it to get out of the house and have some listen to me ramble

Of course. If someone likes you, they're going to make it CLEAR that they like you.
Not even just in the romantic sense, in a friendship way as well.

You can say to yourself "oh, they're self-conscious/embarrassed/autistic/whatever" but even if that WAS true (usually isn't), then you would at least get some people expressing how much they like you or appreciate you.

Or you would have in the past. Most of us have went to school, and most normal people would have someone express their affinity towards you at school, girl or otherwise.

CBT and ACT work wonders for dropping inhib if you're willing to follow through

The problem isn't really therapy here, imo - it's bad therapy. The field of therapy as it stands today seems mostly centered around fairytale lies designed to reassure gullible people. The relapse into depression is inevitable if you deny the sometimes harsh reality of the world.

Only CBT I know is Cock And Ball Torture

True. At least mine let's mw talk about blackpilled things without saying I'm being needlessly negative

Nah, it's realistic. It should be taught in schools as separate subject. 90% of users here would benefit alot from CBT. Black and white thinking, ''telepathic'' mind reading, all or nothing theory etc.

I have successfully implemented certain aspects of CBT to lower my inhib, but let's be honest here: it's brain hacking, not a way to true and natural extrovertion

I think there's a wide market for blackpill/realistic therapy, that will only expand in the future

I'm not even sure "therapy" actually does anything. If it doesn't work they just cry out "it only works if you want it to work!" which basically means they want to take credit (and/or money) for me doing actually all the work.

How can something that doesn't even fucking do anything unless you completely submit to whatever bullshit they say be advertised with a straight face?

Narrative therapy is worse. Basically it's taking shitty experiences and "reauthorizing" them. Complete bluepill bullshit.
