Incorporates and reveres a billion saints

Catholic cultures celebrate many pagan festivals

Spread through syncretism

Then there’s the obvious aspect of the Trinity being polytheistic

Worshipping via intermediaries, pope is basically a human with divine privileges

All religion are pagan cults

Catholic Mary is the babylonian queen Semiramis

"submit to Rome" instead of "submit to God" always felt fishy.

Islam is the only trve Abrahamic faith

It's all schizophrenic nonsense anyway.

Bruh I liked you
Am I wrong? Even Judaism got a million weird rules that basically boil down to "give us your money or your going to hell goy"
and Protestantism varies from trad n based to basically a degenerate concert show jfl

Catholicism originated from Judaism.
Jesus, Mary, and all the apostles were Jewish.

But you're partly right. Catholicism adopted pagan festivals, especially Christmas (the winter solstice festival).
Because nobody knows the day Jesus was born (not even the year).

As for the Trinity, it's a doctrinal point that distinguishes Jews from Christians.

Many people believe that Christians are polytheists (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit). But for Christians, 3 = 1. That doesn't make sense! That's why no Christian can explain this doctrinal point.

To believe in what you cannot explain is to have faith.

Anyone who said publicly "The credo" is a Christian :

" I believe in God the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth. I believe in Jesus Christ, his only Son, our Lord. He was conceived by the power of the Holy Spirit and born of the Virgin Mary Under Pontius Pilate He was crucified, died, and was buried. He descended to the dead. On the third day he rose again. He ascended into heaven and is seated at the right hand of the Father. He will come again to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the holy catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and the life everlasting. Amen. "

Note: When this text was written (in 325), all Christians were Catholic. After the schisms (Orthodox and Protestant), "Holy Catholic Church" means "Holy Universal Church".

You're right, but our lives are also meaningless. Did your mother tell you why you were born? No? Why not?

But one thing is certain: You will die.

Religions exist because we are going to die.

NB: The new religion says you must be kind to women until the day you die. And that you must believe women should have the same rights as men.

And it promises you nothing after your death... (unlike the old religions)

I think Buddhism is superior to Christianity minus the pacifism although I am an atheist.

Evangelicals are straight up evil and I'm proud to be pagan influenced.

Jews were given their messiah because of their sins and collective OCD rather than their superiority. No wonder pagans had no issue accepting Jesus.

Yep Jesus was sent to heal their Jewry and corruption
