Women's entire dating strategy is based on this kind of thing so of COURSE they like it 
They don't dress all skimpily and provocatively for themselves in the mirror or whatever. They do it to get attention from men so that the men make the first move. So... yeah, they like attention.
It's a weird thing though yeah that then they think it's reasonable to be so selective about who they get that attention from. I guess a gynocentric society is perhaps destined to be tough on lower tier men, which I know is something that is common knowledge around here.
