Just remember that there are some countries now where doing that is illegal, so research your local laws and if it is illegal where you live be extra careful about preserving your anonymity when sending it to them.
 
The literal only reason I could ever see in doing something like this is to figure out a way to anonymously send them pictures of them getting tributed just to creep them out. Of course, I'd never do that myself nor do I suggest that anyone do, but it's something interesting to fantasize about.
