Can't sleep

Anyone else here have insomnia? I can't fall asleep and I have to be somewhere at 8 am today. It's currently 4:30 for me.

Yes bro, in fact I have Non-24-hour sleep–wake disorder. It's quite brutal, tbh.

Yes bro. I’ve had sleeping problems ever since I hit puberty. It sucks a lot but I’ve gotten used to it over time.

If it's that close just stay up till then tbh. No point in worrying yourself about it I'm sure you'll have the reserve energy to function. And yes I go through this too. I went to school one time after being up for 3 days and ended up sliding my head off my desk and waking up on the floor after the guy next to me shoved me off his lap. Real embarrassed about that but it wasn't my fault so I shouldn't be.

I have severe sleep apnea, which makes it impossible to stick to a consistent schedule and feel rested.
