I'm running on 4 hour intermittent sleepless nights. I'm gun die it's almost mid day and I feel like I've just woken up at 5 in the morning.

I have the opposite problem - I can barely stay awake.
Try ASMR, mellow music and maybe camomile tea or something if you haven't already.
