Does anyone here has this shit? I can't pee in public restrooms or basically anywhere if there is a person nearby. It may sound stupid, but this shit makes your life significantly worse. Also we have mandatory military service in my cuntry and I have no idea how am I supposed to survive that lol.

Easier said than done. I will probably have to go to a mental hospital to avoid that, not sure if my mental problems will help me there but whatever. Also I can't really find a job because of me having problems with the military and there are other problems so you can't "just don't go" unless you wanna NEET off your parents for 10 years.

I, if I were you, would do it abroad where there are better living conditions.

I hate how the urinals at my old high school didn’t have any fucking covers at all I would always piss on a toilet( not a foid sadly:-() with stalls instead of using the urinals

I used to have that but now it is better. The key is to cool down your body, like as disgusting as it sounds you need to touch cold tiles or metal. Idk works for me and I've gotten so good at it that I don't need to do it anymore.
