The result is an Alprazolam pill that gives me extreme sleep paralysis a lot of the times when I take it. I also get an extremely dizzy feeling in the morning and can't get out of sleep and have to try multiple times to finally be able to move and open my eyes. It's like a half-awake coma.

Super anxious and can't even Xanaxmaxx.
No alcohol either.

Yeah you can get melatonin everywhere here. Not sure why you would need a prescription for that since it is naturally occurring.
