Damn brutal. Is it from steam? Verify the integrity of the files and make sure nothing was deleted
In the game the videos and audio is out of sync, In the file folder it runs just fine on normal windows media player.

great! while i tried that and it didnt work for me, it did lead me to find what did work. turns out i was using format factory, which has always been reliable for me. instead this time i downloaded "Any Video Converter". i put in the .mp4 videos, and selected Apple iPad 2 movie for 1080p output. then in the bottom right, in audio options, change sample rate from 44000 to 48000. Not sure what the Apple selection changes but it worked so im not questioning it. Then of course replace the converted files with the original. though backup the original in case it doesn't work for you. This is pretty much what the other posts say, i just couldn't find a program that actually worked for converting it until now
The videos looks normal atleast, lets hope the game reads it!
