I have previously had a hair transplant which improved things a lot but my hairline is still high and is quite thin so I have to wear spray on concealer to cover that shit up.
I have nearly saved up for another to lower it and thicken it more but was thinking about just going full on fuck it and shaving my head to a zero and getting SMP (scalp tatoo) to create the illusion of a full head of short hair (not me in pic):-
I could then spend money on facial surgery such as laser skin resurfacing, botox, fillers and buccal fat removal.
My problem is that years ago when I was 18 I used to shave my head but got no interest from girls, then after growing my hair I got some interest but then mother cunting nature starting taking it away and all interest disappeared.
What do you guys think I should do?
