Brutal Cancer, diabetes or over active thyroid

SO I lost nearly ten pounds in a few days without trying. This could be
1. My pituitary gland tumor causing my thyroid to be over active
2. Cancer.
3. Diabetes
4. Heart disease
Part of me is hopeful I'll die
The other part of me in fight or flight mode
