I can, but I only learned at 12 because I was too retarded and I was scared of falling, my parents never bothered to teach me after age 8 because they thought it would be impossible for me, but I saw people riding their bikes everywhere (I live in the Netherlands so it's very common here) and I still couldn't, eventually, I decided to learn it myself, it took awhile but I managed to do it.
