Can you mimic gymceling/gainsmaxxing at home?

I have nuclear anxiety and can't even enter gyms let alone sign up for one

If yes, what equipment would I need?

Skip for cardio or heavy bag if you can hang it somewhere. If youve got money and room then obviously a treadmill.
Buy free weights
Pull up bar

Should be adequate but you're better off kn a gym. But i feel you so i do my shit at home. Even though im fat

I think the question you should ask is "What workouts should I do?" And the answer to that is a question: What muscles do you wanna hit? If the answer is "all of the muscles" then there's a variety of exercises you could choose from to hit each. Some say you don't need any weights to hit all of your muscles and you can do it all just with calisthenics.

you can of course

weighted pushups, weighted pullups, isometric weighted pushups etc for progressive overload.
I think you can get some gains if you are not low T. gym is better though because you can increase the weights quite easily.

gymcelling is useless without roids let alone doing push ups at home thinking you can gain an impressive body that way.

You'll get poorer results at home. If I had to lift at home and have the space (like a garage) I'd get a squat rack, an olympic barbell and as many plates and an adjustable incline bench. I'd also get a pair of dumbbells and plates for them too. A pull up bar is a must as well.
If you don't have space, then I guess a pull up bar and a pair of heavy dumbbells at a minimum and you'll have to get creative.

But you're really better off working around your anxiety. I was super-anxious when I first wanted to join a gym, but I felt right at home after a couple of weeks or so. Guys in gyms are for the most part polite, nice and supportive if you want to talk to them and just ignoring you if you're ignoring them.
Maybe find a 24 hour gym where you can go at 3am when there's almost nobody around? Or Planet Fatness where it's just losers going through the motions?

I never did roids but after a couple of years I was getting compliments all the time. Compliments from guys to be fair, but still. And every conversation I'd have would somehow turn to weightlifting.

If you need to lose weight a threadmill.

Having 2 dumbles with changeble weights will be enough in the beginning for muscle gain.
