I pace all the time. Sometimes I have really drawn out inner monologues about my life while pacing sometimes I envision plans and come up with projects for myself while pacing erraticly all over my basement. I sometimes paced around people and they would say "please stop you are making me nervous" when I pace I have fantasies and daydreams of things I might do. I do this for hours and I have since a kid and my parents seem to think it's strange. Is this NT behavior? If not why do I do it? Idk. Just let me know. The pacing assists with my thinking tbh. I believe I'm NT but my family and psychologists thought otherwise and still do.

I pace as well when I’m doing something or thinking, it’s a habit. I’m diagnosed with ADHD and Adderall helps with that.

I’ll pace when I’m thinking sometimes. Mind you, I’m almost always thinking but I don’t always pace when I think

I'm diagnosed with aspergers syndrome but I believe myself to be NT. That psychologist was wrong and she ruined my whole school experience.

I talk to myself but I don’t really pace around. Unless I’m feeling stressed.

Every sperg is different.

I pace around sometimes and I’m not NT.

I don't think it's necessarily either.

I pace a fuckton, but not in public, unless it's in a public place like a park where it'd make me look normal.

I'm glad to hear it tbh. That psychologists diagnosis really was a total misdiagnosis. That's what happens when foids decide things.

I literally walk in circles

I’ve read somewhere that pacing is one of the aspie traits, but it doesn’t mean that you’re on the spectrum just because you pace.

No, its not. But for us, it's natural, as we have rich inner dialogue.

Fairly normal. Not really a sign of autism or anything.
Yeah there was little to no reason for me to get diagnosed with that but that who're just wanted revenge for me calling her a name.

It makes me feel comfortable.
Btw im nt.

Good bro. This whole thread is basically taking the ammo away from that stupid psychologist with her misdiagnosis.
