Does having wide shoulders count as a good frame? And if not, then what?

I also heard many say Chris Hemsworth has a bad frame and I just stayed dumb after that. So what exactly does a good frame mean?

Most of the time it boils down to shoulder size, but really frame is referring to just bone density in general. Wrist/ankle size.
