I haven't cried since my grandma died in January 2015. Sometimes I'm on the edge, but I can't cross it. I want to. You feel everything about crying buy the tears, the tension, the feeling in the face, the slight heaving. And then nothing happens. How are you even supposed to do it? Help would be appreciated.

Last time i cried was with my father in 2021 over how he felt about his life and it made me tear up too. I feel more hatred than sadness now so i never cried since that day. I wish i could feel how it is to cry of joy instead of sorrow.
