Yes, hand eye coordination for many of us might not be great ngl But as long as we train ourselves to become marksmen/snipers and improvised bomb builders we should be fine. We just need to play into our strengths. Every soldier will be trained to shoot a rifle with an accurate range of up to 1 kilometer. Each gun will cost around 1000usd.
Improvised bomb building is not legal so I'm not allowed to share good resources. But we would do that in a high iq way. With a portable lab that can be assembled in a short amount of time and a large focus on security measures. Potentially using self-built gesture-controlled robot arms for trying out new and dangerous designs (not that expensive)
Missiles will be the most serious threat. If we would all physically assemble in the same location, they could send a single missile and kill all of us. This is their biggest fantasy.
So we need bunkers and a good alarm system for when that happens. That is doable. They will destroy everything above the ground that we built, but life as an incel is a pain in the ass anyways so we would just rebuild it. They will probably not send too many large missiles because they're extremely expensive. Intercepting the missiles is basically impossible without expensive equipment, but we can flee into bunkers for the time being. A monitoring system should also not be impossible to set up. There are many engineering challenges but I think that is actually the fun part.
What else? Constant shelling with artillery and mortars. The mortars are very maneuverable, but they also do not lead to significant damage to infrastructure. As long as we're in the bunkers while they're attacking we're ok. The mortar rounds do not cost that much money for a government and they have quite a large range over several kilometers. Outside the sniping distance. The mortars are a bit tricky ngl. The artillery is more dangerous because it has a lot more destructive power. It can also be shot from more than 10km far away. One idea might be to use killer drones. A commercial drone carrying improvised explosives. Considering the artillery is so far away, we would need an exceptional range for the transmitter and receiver of the drone. It is possible to achieve that, there are model airplanes with even larger ranges than that. The suicide drones would be used to destroy or detonate the artillery ammo.
Against armored vehicles we could use RPGs although one grenade costs 500usd. We could also use a medieval-style slinging device to launch self built bombs into the enemy lines and their vehicles. Or we manipulate the terrain in such a way that the vehicles are forced through some bottlenecks where we place mines powerful enough to destroy a tank. With the right equipment, tanks are very vulnerable in open terrain.
