Can we change our personnality ?

I've been trying hard to change my personnality over almost 10 years. 

Yet I often catch myself having the same behavior I had when I was in Highschool, socially speaking.

The way I interact with guys, girls, my though process, etc... 

I'm like " that's exactly what happened 10 years ago, and thats exactly what I though about the situation ".
