Can we build a Chad costume?

You know how in classic cinema such as Big Momma's House they made Martin Lawrence into a fat woman using make-up and prosthetics?

I'm thinking semi-seriously about making a Chad costume, and it's not as ridiculous as you may initially feel. We could use platform shoes for height, a muscle-man body-suit under our clothes, a nice wig, and make-up to fix our complexion. After that all we'd have to do is hire a make-up artist to glue prosthetics to our face to Chad-ify it.
