Kinda, if people don't have to look at you or you're only borderline ugly. And even still, attractiveness is much preferred. Attractive people can be assholes and it comes off as "charming".
I guess if you have other features that foids like, except being pretty of course. Such things like: having a deep voice, being tall, having a big dick and so on. They don't care if you're charming in your words, because they don't really care about your character, they want the looks.
