There's a way to estimate - IQ is a combination of mostly common genes and a large amount of rare genes for higher intelligence.

OP might be on to something though. Under active thyroid can cause brain fog so what if OP had blood test today and again in 1 years time. Comparison might indicate areas of brain fog change and that's an indicator of IQ.
