Too many different things are needed to be Chad, so even if there's something wrong, like he literally got acid sprayed over his face or something, there's still things that backup him. He would still be big framed and tall, femoids would steal money from betacucks to restore his face and let him fuck them and some shit like that.
Early death maybe? I remember when I was a freshman I remember shit tons of normies mourning the death of some senior I never knew as I had just moved there. Rode his motorcycle to fast into a curve and ate it. A huge portion of the school was affected by it and staceys were openly crying in the lunchroom, etc.
