I have noticed this in my country (Morocco), i don't know if it holds in every other country but it's so salient here it can't even be constested.

In poor neighborhood, there is a lot of stacey/good-looking girls, with smooth skin and a beautiful face, not even that different from girls in high-income neighborhood.

But for males, there is a huuuuuuge asymetry between high-income/low-income neighborhood. Chads only exist in high-income neighborhoods, and even the decent-looking guy in poor neighborhoods don't have a smooth skin, even when they're chadlites it's obvious in their face they grow up in a poor neighborhood.

You have to remember i live in Morocco and not in an occidental country. A woman here wearing make-up in a poor neighborhood would be immediately raped/harassed.

They can do that shit only in high-income cuck liberal neighborhoods.

Occidentals hold a very simplistic/orientalist/cartoonish view of muslim countries.

In muslim countries (except the most conservative ones style Saudi Arabia), it goes like this :

Liberal/high-income neighborhoods : Almost occidental, some girls would have qualm about losing their VAGINAL virginity, but other than that it's like you're in France or Belgium, very liberal. Many times the fact that they won't give up their vaginal virginity makes them more sluttish and whorish because they feel they have to overcompensate the chad, giving him lot of degenerate anal sex/cumfaces/blowjobs etc.

Low-income neighborhood/city/mountain villages : Yes in those cases the occidental stereotype is very close to reality, altough a lot of girls there do kinky stuff behind curtains and while hiding from their families when they can.

I don't live in Morocco but my parents are from there. I do notice that foids are getting sluttier every year. Just a decade ago, it was the norm for foids from my parents' region to dress modestly and wear hijabs. This year, I saw foids dressing exactly like foids from the west; wearing skinny jeans and chokers and stuff like that. Westernization and feminism is starting to spread to the rural parts of Morocco as well.

Nutrition, life-quality and the resulting happiness, proper education, good genes and bad genes, smart people are also better-looking on average.

The ruling elite have better looking sons. The underclass males mate with utter pigs of women and their sons are more ugly and simian. You see it here in the UK classes too, albeit that they tend to be a "horsey". but they are germanic, blue/brown haired blue eyed scandinavian, wide framed doliocephalic ecto-mesomorphic giants.
