It began as a fire fox add on (if memory serves correct?) where it would automatically put the three paranthesis around every Jew's name that it could find in various new's articles and stories.

I believe the add on was called "coincidence detector".

Of course the kikes baw bawwed and had it shut down, but people still use the three paranthesis symbol to this day to indicate they are talking about Jews or a particular Jew.
