Love, and bluepill thinking in my opinion stems from their memories and experiences with falling in love. Being loved released chemicals in the brain which make the person feel love, the person is effectively "drugged" to feel happy and see things a certain way.

A normie doesn't see it the way we do because they don't know any better, as they have never been able to experience a total lack of love and affection from a female. So I wonder, can they really be blackpilled ? IMO even if they agree they will always reason it's something YOU do wrong at least partially.

Of course. They probably cannot have as intimate as knowledge as we do, from our suffering, but by looking around, and really observing the objective truth, a little help from blackpilled scholars, and a strong mind willing to accept some world destroying facts without delusion, I don't see why not. There are several blackpilled normies already posting regularly on the forum. If either of us were suddenly given chad bodies, we would become blackpilled normies too, no?
