On this forum, we assume that men who can have sex with men if they wanted, but not with women, are incels. So that means that "incel" means someone who can't have sex with a woman.
With that qualification, lesbians can be incel.
However, if we go a step further and say that incel isn't just someone who can't have sex with women, but a man who can't have sex with a woman, then lesbians cannot be incel.
Simple logic.
