I think incelism can lead to asexuality. I could never be attracted to a man. But my sex drive has continuously decreased over time. I am not sure if it is because I am growing older and older or because I associate women with nothing but suffering and it drives me away from them more and more.

Homosexuality is partly genetic. As I said, if one twin is gay then it is more likely that the other twin is also gay. But it doesn't depend to 100% on genetics. Btw, mental illnesses are often times also partly genetic.
