time ago taken 106, today I redid it and I took 108. According to you if I do more tests and I learn experience can I get kind of 111?

I accpeted that my IQ is 73, because of that I'm a 75 now

Yeah, you can improve your score slightly by repeatably doing IQ tests. However, it doesn't actually make you smarter.

IQ is cope tbh. Also if you got it from the internet IT IS NOT YOUR REAL IQ!

If your IQ was that low, then you would barely be able to read or write. You wouldn't be able to post here.
I did the test when I was a child in this was the result

Not if you keep writing it QI instead of IQ

JFL at taking IQ tests, never taken one once in my life and never will

Not really. You can just slow its decline by living a generally healthy lifestyle. If anything helps, it's staying physically fit rather than grinding away at brainteasers.

my iq is 116 and i honestly dont see it as that important, im really good at maths, programming, and logical thinking and thats about it.

iq is shit tier cope tbh

If your life is changing bec. of your rising iq, that's a real sign.

My IQ is average, it hasn't helped me in anything besides remembering and regurgitating information.

LMS is all that matters not IQ

EQ is more important, i guess.

eye kew is cope

You likely can in childhood with excellent nutrition, education and environment. These will allow you to max out your potential, but as far as later in life, IQ is generally very stable, and can only really go downwards.

I haven't looked into the literature, but I suspect that learning a new language, studying complex mathematics or other intellectually stimulating activities may be able to raise your IQ (EXTREMELY SLIGHTLY), nothing that would result in you earning a Nobel prize. Such things at the very least can prevent some of the degradation of your intelligence as you age.

Taking more IQ tests will only make you better at scoring on IQ test really.

I did the mensa test 4 months ago, I decided to do it again later without doing another test

Taking it spaced out like you said wouldn't increase your score, so you're good.
Mensa is mostly composed of smart people who haven't done much with their lives, and wank off to their puzzle solving abilities together in a giant congregation.

I see little motivation to join.
