Rent one or use Armslist and cash.
you could probably rent one although I'm not 100%. if you rent one you would have to do it at a shooting range in front of other people. you won't be able to leave with the gun unless you want to try and steal it, which might be impossible especially considering the guys who work at ranges are armed.
