Can confirm, Ive gotten violence threats 2 times outta nowhere, My pay reduced and hours reduced, Angry boomers ruining the work enviroment and the female boss saying, If you cant do this and this and this then we will have to fire you!, I basically did what i can but its never enough, One time i almost got killed by a moving cart while loading the truck with packages that were 10x times my bodyweight, Basically you work until you die and if you die they can always find a replacement.

Yes it's excruciating. I am grateful to be in the situation I am in, I work very gig oriented and that too in India so I'm lucky. But in the States (which is where I worked most of my life), it's grueling. Also, I did try to go for a few "office jobs" even after moving here, one was a bullshit NGO filled with the worst type of hens nest foids, but I quickly realised that being around academics + doing my own gigs as a freelancer was the only way I could exist. After a certain amount of blackpilling and life experiences, plus age wisdom, forget it, we can't conform to those conditions of hell. One can understand why MarquisDeSade chose to just live in the wilderness as difficult as that is.

Luckily, I worked in the States long enough and saved + the fam helped so I can exist like this while "pursuing passions".

Yeah, I felt unsafe at work for a while because the boomer and i was placed in the same closed off warehouse and he could snap at any minute if i didnt do as he said despite boss telling him we have separate jobs and he shouldnt meddle with what im doing, But always when i were to use the non electric forklift to move a stack he would stand there and laugh at me, And when he told me move it there, Then it didnt work which i aleredy knew would block an exit or whatever, Boomers and this is mostly why ive just retired completely from work, He doesnt even have authority over me, Boss eventully just said, Ignore him, When i did that he got angry and said, Do you hear me, I turned up the volume on my headset, Then he were coming over and saying take off that fucking headset and listen to me boy, I was like, WTF? I said above its a local accounting firm very small scale though, also they are involved in "sales" and "marketing" for what looks like a money grab scam property "development" company, eg webinars etc for "how to become a successful property developer" an absolute joke business model.

What is very interesting to me is the numbers the company does monthly around 70k pounds, and how gullible normies OF ANY AGE ARE TO THIS MARKETING AND NONSENSE "TRAINING MATERIAL", I can see all the "courses" the company offers, the content is dogshit low level, with mindset "coaching", charging at 70 pounds an hour for low tier stuff.

The model is totally leveraged on the low iq of dumb normies and their lack of awareness at how hard "being a property developer" actually is in reality, and the gap between the course material the company is selling and how much it will help them IN REALITY TO BECOME A PROPERTY DEVELOPER AND MAKE THEMSELVES MONEY. The gap is huge i have seen errors and problems with the material, i study web development and their course on this is unbelievably bad and low level, it is not good enough to make a website or even know what constitutes a good website, it is a breeze through top level youtube clickbait style video.
