I bought the Thurstmaster TMX with force feedback, it is supposedly smoother to move the wheel

I've looked into wheels before but they're too expensive unless you're really going to use them.

I found a decent one for $80 on EBay, you just have to look carefully for the used market

Moza sells a good mid level wheel for $300, I only like street cars so it’s perfect for me. I’ll upgrade once I get used to my cheap belt driven wheel.
