Serious Can Anybody Become A 5/10 Through Surgery?

To all you surgerycels out there is it realistic that with good plastic surgeons anybody can become a 5/10 through surgery? I feel that it's hard to become good looking through surgery but you can become average. Not saying that being average will get you women but it's still better than being an ugly guy.

I think people with jaw issues definitely can, but if your eye area is fucked it's probably over.

Had surgery, according to ratings went from a 3 to a 5.5. For the most part it depends on what your actual issues are. Some things are obviously more fixable than others. Jew nose? Very fixable. Recessed chin? That too. A fivehead, long midface, or horrible eye area much much less so.
