I genuinely wonder does anyone have a good singing voice and tried musicmaxxing in their garage or bedroom?

Yes, was a singer in a rocking roll band

I write music, but I can't sing. It's just something I do for fun.

If someone here can they are a fakecel

Mewing cat

I can play the guitar and the flute. Once in a blue moon i sing while playing guitaf but usually i jist play fingerstyle. Singing ks hard asf but you can always chose an easy melody and change keys to adapt it to your vocal range.

I wish i could sing tbh there’s time when i have the music on and i usually keep the volume of my voice with the music so i think i sound good but if i sing higher i just sound like shit especially the high pith vocal parts of the song lmao

The high pitch parts are harder for man. Specially if you have a deep voice. Thats why you have to adjust the key/octave of the song.

Singing is a skill, anyone can learn. But no one cares about unatractive people who can sing. All singers are good looking.

Nah, I've got a low-T voice.

I am a voicecel

Very high pitch with speaking issues, so no
Brootal god i cant fucking imagine are you autistic by any chance? I tend to notice most autistic people have a voice problem and just sound really nasally or high pitch

no i can barely even speak coherently

I think i'm okay at it

Not diagnosed but I have speech problems and severe social anxiety

playing the flute sounds incel as fuck

I have a old karaoke player that I use when I'm drunk. But I sound like a subhuman so I stopped

it is. But is not as bad as playing the drums in school because you are too rerarded to play anything else.
drums are a chad instrument

Everyone can sing, the real question is if you are good at it

I have sung in the past but not for many years. I don't particularly like my voice. Who does , unless their voice is naturally pleasant?

:feelsahh:Nice song. Your voice is very good as well. :feelsokman: What do you use to record?
Did you used to take singing and guitar classes?
Nah, I just learned from YouTube mostly. Thank you very much for the kind words, I personally don't really like my voice all too much.

You learned guitar alone too? How long did it take for guitar and voice?

Brocel you should be more confident in yourself tbh (I sound like a redditor kek) I don't know much about music but it sounds like something that would appeal to tiktok jbs imo
I use a guitar Amp Sim using reaper, and then a shure sm7B for the mic :feelsokman:
Thanks :feelscomfy:

I don't mean that in a bad way btw. I think the song sounded professionally made

A couple of years for guitar. I think I've been playing for about 4 years I think. Singing will come eventually after you start to get more comfortable playing.

I highly recommend it if you're looking for a new cope. Guitar and music is all that gives me solace in this world.

Thanks man, I prefer just to stick to myself though. I don't like to promote my music much outside of here. It's just a little hobby to pass the time.

If I sing, people will think I'm summoning a demon.

Do you have any material I can learn from? Youtube channels, book pdfs..
I'm following JustinGuitar's lessons but due to uni and laziness I don't practice as often as I should

Justinguitar is a great place to start actually! Learn the og chords first like D, A , E, B7 (all major), and then learn the minor versions, and then after all that you can learn power chords and other stuff as well. I'm still learning. I like to play in drop tunings like drop d and drop c#. There's so many different styles and techniques that the options seems infinite.

I have a voice that's like a combination between Bobby Darin, Frank Sinatra, Johnny Cash, Elvis Presley, and Ray Price.

But due to ADHD I can't remember lyrics for anything and due to growing up incel I'm very quiet so nobody would hear me anyway.

I made this a little while ago. It's one of my songs.

Np friend :feelsaww:

And if you like the band Nirvana, they have a bunch of great beginner friendly songs you can learn as well. Mostly from their second album Nevermind.
