Not really, in that it highly encourages marriage, allows concubinage, and condemns voluntary celibacy. However if you are involuntary celibate and can’t get married it is nice to hear that you will be rewarded for it. Wouldn’t call it an “incel religion”, but it definitely makes room for us. I would go as far to say that if most of us lived in an Islamic society we would be able to get married and not be incel.
