Discussion Can a wizard incel exist in the Harry Potter universe?

Say that an incel gets a letter offering him a place in Hogwarts. His school years will be similar to our school years, peers losing their virginity while he stays a kissless virgin. He can't impress muggle foids with magic during the summer holidays either because you can't use magic outside of school. He could probably use a love potion but idk if that really counts as ascending, sort of the same as getting a hooker.

When he leaves school though idk if his magical ability would be enough to land a muggle foid. He couldn't get a wizard foid though obviously. He could continuously drug a muggle foid with love potion though. He could even get DNA of other foids he finds attractive and gets his muggle wife to transform into other foids by drinking the Polyjuice Potion.
